Answer: put all the parts in a trash bag and fill a shipping box in strofoam packing peanuts put the computer in the box surrounded by peanuts and it should make it there safely or if you are really concerned double box it with 1 inch styrofoam to protect the inner box. the stuff they sell at a home improvment store that comes in 4 X 8 sheets

Answer: Python, The task of cleaning a packaging machine does seem daunting,most vacumepackers are cleaned by putting the parts that come in contact with food in a large cleaning vat. It heats and recurlates water and a cleaning solution. usually a caustic soap.The parts are then rinsed then sanitized with a mixture of water and potasium hyperchlorate.When the machine processing parts are put back on they usually sanitize it again. Using water and hyperchlorate at a rate of 200ppm just befofe production starts. Larger bottlers and packagers are hooked up to automated cleaning system they automaticly cycle through washing cycles using caustic soda,acid and some sort of sanitizer.Even when using automated equipment some things still need to be washed in a vat. Sometimes there is no such thing as ease of use. More importantly you want to provide a safe consumable product with a good shelf life.

Answer: I think if you are a hardcore snowboarder, then you should buy K2. I snowboard about once every 2 weeks and I have a really cheap board and it works.

Answer: this is just off of the top of my head but i would think to control any air-born bacteria or viruses from contaminating the equipment between sterilization and bagging.

Answer: Are they consigned or do you own them already ? . Now a days with lead time being with in a few days to get parts from a outside source I would only carry the fastest moving ones which would decrease my inventory dramatically...

Answer: We replace our cars at 45,000 miles. Ford generally sells Crown Vics to police departments for around $18,000-20,000 depending on options. Most equipment is harvested from older cars. So if the siren, lightbar, radar, radio, ect are in usable condition (those sorts of things usually last 5-10 years), they will simply be moved from an old car that is retiring, to a new car. Also, the old cars are sold for around $7,000-10,000. That defers the cost somewhat. If the police department is expanding a fleet, adding a new car with all new equipment, the price is somewhere between $25,000-35,000, again depending on what equipment they use. Well equipped (LED lightbar, camera, digital radio, MDT setup, cage, ect) I would say is in the low to mid 30s total.
